We have created this website to showcase our plans for a proposed woodland eco-resort on the Isle of Wight. As we progress through the planning stages we will use this platform to update our proposals and information.

The proposed woodland site is located on the A3054 on the way to Yarmouth, which is a mix of agricultural land and woodland. For the last 3 years since owning the land, we have restored and maintained the site and developed our plans whilst working alongside key stakeholders such as ecologists and arboriculturists.

Fundamentally, we seek to provide a venue which will provide a variety of accommodation, a restaurant, cafe, wellbeing area including spa, sauna and treatment rooms, play areas for children, in the most beautiful woodland setting. We want to involve our community and we would love to offer classes (forest school, wildlife talks, adult learning classes, yoga and pilates classes etc.). We aim to open the resort in Spring 2024.
